The Federal Supreme Court declared the complaint inadmissible because it did not satisfy the statutory minimum reasoning requirements. The appellant failed to engage with the cantonal court’s decisive considerations and did not show any legally relevant error in the factual findings or reasoning. The court therefore did not enter on the complaint under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. In view of the circumstances, it waived court costs, which rendered the request for free legal assistance moot.

If the appellant fails to deal with the determinative considerations and does not plausibly challenge the factual findings or legal assessment, the remedy is manifestly inadmissible and no entry is made under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Where the circumstances justify waiving court costs, a pending request for legal aid becomes moot (consid. 1-3).

in das nach Erlass der Verfügung vom 30. Oktober 2008 betreffend Kostenvorschuss dem Bundesgericht von A.________ am 10. November 2008 eingereichte Gesuch um unentgeltliche Prozessführung,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung mit Angabe der Beweismittel zu enthalten hat, wobei im Rahmen der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG); die Vorbringen müssen sachbezogen sein, damit aus der Beschwerdeschrift ersichtlich ist, in welchen Punkten und weshalb der angefochtene Entscheid beanstandet wird (BGE 131 II 449 E. 1.3 S. 452; 123 V 335 E. 1 S. 337 f. mit Hinweisen; vgl. nunmehr auch BGE 134 II 244 mit weiteren Hinweisen),

dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da sich der Beschwerdeführer nicht in hinreichender Weise mit den entscheidenden Erwägungen der Vorinstanz auseinandersetzt und den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass mithin kein gültiges Rechtsmittel vorliegt,

dass deshalb auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht eingetreten wird,

dass es sich bei den gegebenen Verhältnissen rechtfertigt, von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten abzusehen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG), weshalb sich das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Prozessführung als gegenstandslos erweist,
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG der Abteilungspräsident zuständig ist,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
