The appellant withdrew her appeal against the Lucerne cantonal court decision. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the case from the docket. It also waived court costs. The order was communicated to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Social Insurance Office.
Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; discontinuance after withdrawal of the appeal in proceedings under Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG. Upon valid withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case from the docket as moot and terminates the proceedings. Under Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG, court costs may be waived, in particular where the circumstances justify such an exception.

dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde als erledigt abgeschrieben.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Kantonsgericht Luzern und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
