The appellant challenged a cantonal social-insurance decision, but his filing to the Federal Supreme Court did not contain a sufficiently reasoned attack on that decision. The Court held that the appeal failed to satisfy the minimum requirements of Art. 42 BGG and therefore did not enter into it in simplified proceedings under Art. 108 BGG. It further waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; insufficiency of reasoning in an appeal. An appeal must contain requests and, in concise form, reasons showing how the contested decision violates the law. A submission that does not engage with the challenged judgment in a substantive, case-specific manner fails to meet the statutory minimum requirements and is manifestly inadmissible. In such a case, the presiding judge may issue a non-entry decision in simplified proceedings under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Where the circumstances so warrant, court costs may be waived pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

in die Beschwerde vom 25. Februar 2008 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Bern vom 21. Januar 2008, mit welchem dieses auf eine Eingabe von A.________ vom 31. August 2007 mangels erkennbaren Beschwerdewillens nicht eingetreten ist,
in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und Abs. 2 Satz 1 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Eingabe vom 25. Februar 2008 diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, indem keine sachbezogene Anfechtung des Entscheides des Verwaltungsgerichts vom 21. Januar 2008 vorliegt, weshalb nicht ersichtlich ist, inwiefern die Vorinstanz eine Rechtsverletzung begangen haben könnte,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eintreteten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
