The appellant withdrew his appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the judgment of the Vaud cantonal social insurance court. The presiding judge therefore ordered the case removed from the docket. The court also decided not to charge judicial fees. The order was notified to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Social Insurance Office.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF, art. 71 LTF in conjunction with art. 73 al. 1 PCF; withdrawal of an appeal: the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case from the docket without ruling on the merits. Where the appeal is withdrawn, the proceedings are terminated by procedural order. Under art. 66 al. 2 LTF, the court may exceptionally waive judicial fees and decide without costs.

qu'il se justifie en appliquant l'art. 66 al. 2 LTF de statuer sans frais judiciaires,
par ces motifs, le Juge présidant ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
