The appellant challenged a cantonal judgment concerning supplementary benefits to AHV/IV. The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal did not meet the minimum reasoning requirements: it did not sufficiently explain why the cantonal findings of fact were manifestly wrong or why the legal assessment was unlawful. As the appeal was inadmissible under Art. 108 BGG, the request to stay the proceedings became moot. Owing to the circumstances, the court waived the levying of court costs.

The appeal must, in concise form, set out the requests and reasons demonstrating the infringement of law; where factual findings are challenged, the appellant must specifically show manifest inaccuracy within the meaning of Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG and explain the resulting legal error. A merely unsubstantial or non-specific criticism does not satisfy the admissibility requirements and leads to non-entry by single judge under Art. 108 BGG. If the appeal is not entered into, ancillary requests such as a stay become moot. Court costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 sentence 2 BGG in light of the circumstances.

in die Eingaben vom 11., 14., 24. und 28. Januar sowie vom 11. Februar 2013,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, da den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellungen der Vorinstanz im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - qualifiziert unzutreffend (offensichtlich unrichtig, unhaltbar oder willkürlich; BGE 131 I 153 E. 3 S. 157 mit Hinweisen) und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass Ergänzungsleistungen ab 1. Oktober 2012 nicht Prozessthema sind,
dass nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b sowie Abs. 2 BGG nicht auf die Beschwerde einzutreten ist, womit der Antrag, das Verfahren aufzuschieben, gegenstandslos ist,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG umständehalber auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist,

erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
