The Federal Supreme Court declared the appeal inadmissible in a disability-insurance case because the appellant failed to submit a proper prayer for relief and did not adequately explain how the cantonal court had erred in its factual assessment. The court held that the filing did not meet the requirements of Art. 42 BGG and therefore did not enter into the merits under Art. 108 BGG. Owing to the circumstances, it waived court costs.

An appeal must contain a clear request and, in concise form, set out which rights were violated. Mere reference to personal circumstances or medical assessments is insufficient if the appellant does not specifically and substantively demonstrate that the previous instance’s factual findings are manifestly incorrect or arbitrary and that the ensuing legal conclusions are erroneous. Where these requirements are lacking, the court may decide in simplified procedure not to enter into the matter; cost relief may exceptionally be granted on equitable grounds (consid. 1).

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 11. April 2014 (Poststempel) gegen den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons St. Gallen vom 19. Februar 2014,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,

dass die Beschwerde diesen inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, da sie keinen rechtsgenüglichen Antrag enthält und der Beschwerdeführer zwar auf seine langjährige Krankengeschichte und seine schwierige Lebenssituation hinweist sowie geltend macht, die "Klinik B.________" habe eine vollständige Arbeitsunfähigkeit attestiert, er aber weder substantiiert rügt noch aufzeigt, inwiefern die vorinstanzliche Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - qualifiziert unzutreffend (unhaltbar, willkürlich: BGE 135 II 145 E. 8.1 S. 153; Urteil 9C_607/2012 vom 17. April 2013 E. 5.2) und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG umständehalber auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,

erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
