The appellant challenged a Federal Administrative Court judgment that had declared his administrative appeal late against an AI pension decision. An appeal to the Federal Supreme Court must, under pain of inadmissibility pursuant to Art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF, set out in a reasoned manner why the challenged decision violates federal law. Where the lower court has not examined the merits but has ruled only on a formal ground, the appellant must direct his submissions against that formal ruling itself and formulate conclusions relating to the appealed judgment. Arguments confined to the substantive merits of the underlying dispute are insufficient. If these requirements are manifestly not met, the appeal may be dismissed in simplified procedure under Art. 108 LTF without exchange of written submissions.

Le Président de la IIe Cour de droit social considère en fait et en droit:

Par décision du 23 janvier 2007, l'Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour les assurés résidant à l'étranger a alloué à D.________ une rente entière d'invalidité limitée dans le temps pour la période courant du 1er au 30 juin 2004.

Statuant le 13 juin 2007 sur le recours formé par D.________ contre cette décision, le Tribunal administratif fédéral l'a déclaré irrecevable pour cause de tardiveté.

D.________ a interjeté un recours contre ce jugement.

Aux termes de l'art. 42 al. 1 et 2 LTF, le mémoire de recours doit, sous peine d'irrecevabilité (art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF), exposer succinctement en quoi l'acte attaqué viole le droit, au sens des art. 95 et 96 LTF.

En l'espèce, le Tribunal administratif fédéral n'est pas entré en matière sur le recours de l'assuré pour des motifs de nature uniquement formelle. Devant le Tribunal fédéral, celui-ci développe une argumentation dirigée exclusivement contre le fond du litige (droit à des prestations de l'assurance-invalidité). Faute de prendre des conclusions en ce qui concerne le jugement entrepris et d'exposer en quoi celui-ci violerait le droit fédéral, la motivation du recours se révèle manifestement insuffisante. Le recours doit dès lors être déclaré irrecevable et traité selon la procédure simplifiée de l'art. 108 LTF, sans qu'il y ait lieu d'ordonner un échange d'écriture.

Par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 LTF, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
Le présent arrêt sera communiqué aux parties, au Tribunal administratif fédéral et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
