The appellant withdrew his complaint to the Federal Supreme Court against the Aargau Insurance Court judgment of 27 November 2012. The single judge therefore discontinued the proceedings without issuing a judgment and ordered the case struck off. In view of the withdrawal, the court also waived the imposition of court costs. The order was communicated to the parties, the cantonal insurance court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal terminates the proceedings immediately and permits the single judge to strike the case off without judgment. Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG; upon withdrawal, court costs may be waived, in particular where circumstances make this appropriate. The discontinuance concerns only the pending appellate proceedings and does not entail a merits ruling on the challenged cantonal decision.

in Erwägung,
dass der Rückzug der Beschwerde das Verfahren unmittelbar beendet, welches infolgedessen durch den Einzelrichter ohne Urteil zu erledigen ist (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass es sich rechtfertigt, von der Auferlegung von Gerichtskosten abzusehen (Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG),
verfügt der Einzelrichter:

Das Verfahren wird zufolge Beschwerderückzuges als erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Aargau und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Consequences of the withdrawal of the complaint
The withdrawal immediately terminated the proceedings; the case had to be removed from the docket without a judgment.
A complaint withdrawal ends the proceedings at once, so the single judge can dispose of the matter without a judgment under Art. 32(2) BGG.
