The appellant withdrew his public-law appeal against the judgment of the Valais cantonal social insurance court. The Federal Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered no court costs. The order was issued by the President of the II Social Law Division, with notice to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Social Insurance Office.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF, art. 66 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of an appeal and costs. Upon valid withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Court strikes the matter from the docket without entering into the merits; as a rule, no judicial costs are levied when the case is removed from the list following withdrawal.

qu'il convient dès lors de radier sans frais la cause du rôle (art. 66 al. 2 LTF),
par ces motifs, le Président, vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF, ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente ordonnance sera communiquée aux parties, au Tribunal cantonal des assurances du canton du Valais et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
