The appellant challenged a cantonal social insurance decision before the Federal Supreme Court but failed to attach the appealed judgment. Although the court gave a deadline and warned that the filing would otherwise be disregarded, the defect was not cured. The complaint was therefore not entered into in simplified proceedings. The court added that the pleading would still have been inadmissible because it did not contain sufficient reasoning. Given the circumstances, no court costs were imposed.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 10. November 2008 gegen einen Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Bern vom 30. September 2008,

in Erwägung,
dass der Entscheid, gegen welchen sich die Beschwerde richtet, der Rechtsschrift beizulegen ist (Art. 42 Abs. 3 BGG), und bei Fehlen der vorgeschriebenen Beilagen das Gericht eine angemessene Frist zur Behebung des Mangels ansetzt mit der Androhung, dass die Rechtsschrift sonst unbeachtet bleibt (Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin vom Bundesgericht mit Verfügung vom 12. November 2008 aufgefordert worden ist, den Formmangel der fehlenden Beilage bis 24. November 2008 zu beheben, mit der Androhung, dass die Rechtsschrift sonst unbeachtet bleibt (Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG),
dass die an die von der Beschwerdeführerin angegebene Adresse versandte Verfügung vom 12. November 2008 nicht abgeholt worden ist, weshalb sie als am letzten Tag der 7-tägigen postalischen Abholfrist zugestellt gilt (Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin innerhalb der gesetzten Frist den angezeigten Formmangel des fehlenden vorinstanzlichen Entscheids nicht behoben hat,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG androhungsgemäss auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass auch bei erfolgter Zustellung des vorinstanzlichen Entscheids auf die Beschwerde nicht eingetreten werden könnte, weil die Rechtsschrift offensichtlich keine den Anforderungen des Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG genügende Begründung (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) enthält,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG umständehalber auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
