The appellant withdrew his administrative law appeal against the judgment of the Solothurn Insurance Court of 24 October 2005. The Federal Insurance Court therefore struck the appeal from the docket as withdrawn and ordered that no court costs be charged. The decision was issued in written proceedings by the IV Chamber on 13 March 2006.

Nachdem der Beschwerdeführer die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vom 28. November 2005 gegen den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons Solothurn vom 24. Oktober 2005 mit Schreiben vom 17. Februar 2006 zurückgezogen hat,
beschliesst das Eidg. Versicherungsgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherung zugestellt.
