Résumé

Le projet de construction d'une villa moderne (élaboré par M. Mario Botta) n'est pas compatible avec le règlement du plan de site du village de Dardagny. La construction n'est pas en harmonie avec les constructions du village et son gabarit dépasse la limite de 10m. imposée par l'art. 32 al. 3 LCI. Il n'y a pas de violation du principe d'égalité de traitement, les villas modernes qui ont été à l'époque autorisées n'étant pas comparables au projet du recourant.
