Résumé

Annulation confirmée d'une autorisation de construire un immeuble abritant un parking et celle qui concerne l'accès audit parking, compte tenu de la violation du principe de coordination (formelle et matérielle). Lorsqu'un projet de construction d'un immeuble implique aussi celui d'un parking en sous-sol, on ne peut considérer que l'autorisation d'ériger l'immeuble est indépendante de celle de l'accès au parking. Cela nécessite dès lors de respecter le principe de coordination formelle et matérielle entre les deux autorisations.
