Le séquestre définitif d'un chiot atteint de parvovirose et son logement dans un endroit approprié se justifient lorsque son propriétaire est incapable de s'occuper de lui de façon adéquate, de le nourrir, de le soigner convenablement et de lui fournir le minimum d'éducation et de socialisation dont il a besoin. L'intention de maltraiter l'animal ne constitue pas une condition de la validation de la mesure prononcée. Le séquestre définitif d'un chiot atteint de parvovirose par l'OVC et son logement dans un endroit approprié se justifient lorsque son propriétaire est incapable de s'occuper de lui de façon adéquate, de le nourrir, de le (faire) soigner convenablement et de lui fournir le minimum d'éducation et de socialisation dont il a besoin. A cet égard, l'intention de maltraiter l'animal ne constitue en rien une condition à la validation de la mesure prononcée.
