Art. 25 al. 1 LPE; art. 36 OPB; noise forecast in case of exceedance of sensitivity-degree threshold values: where a parcel is assigned to sensitivity degree II and the applicable limit values are likely to be exceeded, the permit authority must require an acoustical forecast before deciding on the construction application. The permit may be maintained if the situation is addressed by prior remediation or assainissement measures; the authority must not dispense with the forecast merely because the project is otherwise admissible.
