Confirmation d'un refus de permis d'achat d'armes. Bien que le recourant ait été agressé par son beau-frère, il n'a pas établi qu'il courait un risque particulier en raison d'une situation de fait dangereuse. Cette demande de permis est d'autant moins adaptée que l'agresseur potentiel fait l'objet d'une expulsion judiciaire, qu'il ne réside pas en Suisse et qu'en tout état l'autorisation qui serait délivrée n'aurait aucune portée hors de Suisse. Refus d'un permis d'achat d'armes confirmé à l'égard d'une personne voulant se protéger d'un membre de sa famille qui l'avait agressée, dès lors que ce dernier faisait l'objet d'une expulsion judiciaire, qu'il ne résidait pas en Suisse et qu'en tout état l'autorisation demandée n'aurait aucune portée hors de Suisse.
