Aus den Erwägungen:

Nach Art. 41 Ziff. 2 Abs. 1 StGB kann der Richter dem Verurteilten u.a. während der Probezeit bestimmte Weisungen erteilen, so auch die Schadensdeckung. Zur Rechtsgültigkeit und Durchsetzbarkeit einer solchen Weisung ist aber deren Aufnahme ins Urteils- bzw. Entscheidsdispositiv unerlässlich. Blosse Erwähnung in der Urteilsbegründung genügt nicht (statt vieler: Schultz Hans, Einführung in den allg. Teil des Strafrechts, Bd. II, 4. Aufl., Bern 1982, S. 112).
