The Pretura penale of Bellinzona, sitting with Judge Marco Ambrosini, dealt with an opposition to a criminal decree issued by Procuratore pubblico Antonio Perugini. Effect of the withdrawal of opposition to the criminal decree
The opposition was withdrawn during the hearing, so the proceedings were removed from the docket and the criminal decree became enforceable.
Under Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, withdrawal of the opposition ends the opposition proceedings and restores the enforceability of the decree.
