The Pretura penale of Bellinzona struck an objection case from the roll under Arts. 210 and 211 CPP. decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.
Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per il 2 marzo 2004 alle ore 09:00 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al per quanto di sua competenza.
La tassa di giustizia di fr. 50.00 e le spese di fr. 30.00 relative alla presente decisione sono a carico dell'opponente.
