The Ticino Court of Appeal’s Chamber of Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy, acting as supervisory authority, dealt with a complaint against the Lugano enforcement office concerning the inventory for protection of a landlord’s lien. DECRETA:
Il reclamo 21 settembre 1995 __________ è stralciato dai ruoli per intervenuto ritiro.
Non si prelevano spese e non si assegnano indennità.
