la decisione del 25 gennaio 2000 emanata da

Cassa cant. di compensazione, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,

in materia di prestazioni complementari

letti ed esaminati gli atti;

vista la lettera 29 marzo 2000 della parte convenuta che precisa di aver emesso in data 27 marzo 2000 una nuova decisione con la quale vengono integralmente accolte le conclusioni dell'atto di ricorso e viene annullata la precedente decisione qui impugnata;

visto lo scritto 13 aprile 2000 con il quale il ricorrente comunica il proprio assenso allo stralcio della causa.

ricordato che, ai sensi dell'art. 3/a cpv. 1 della Legge di procedura per i ricorsi al Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni in materia di assicurazioni sociali, l'Autorità amministrativa può, fino all'invio della sua risposta, riesaminare la decisione impugnata;

rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;

decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
