rilevato che con lettera 24 maggio 2004 il rappresentante della parte ricorrente ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso (XIII);
osservato come la causa sia divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
