vista la lettera 25 luglio 2001 con la quale l'avv. __________ __________ comunica che la vertenza è stata oggetto di transazione e liquidazione in via stragiudiziaria, anche per quel che concerne le ripetibili, e dichiara di ritirare il ricorso (XXV);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
