The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal filed in 1997 against a decision of the southern expropriation tribunal. On 8 August 2002, the appellant’s lawyer informed the court that the appeal was being withdrawn because the parties had reached a settlement. The court held that the proceedings were therefore concluded and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
