The appellant withdrew its appeal after the parties reached an amicable settlement in an expropriation case. The Administrative Court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied. It also denied any award of party compensation.

Contro
la decisione 18 giugno 1997, no. 19/95-94, del Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina;
preso atto che in data 11 marzo 1999 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato quanto segue:
"con la presente le confermo che le parti hanno trovato un accomodamento bonale per cui, a nome della __________, ritiro il ricorso inoltrato in data 18 agosto 1997 relativo alla procedura sopra citata. Le sarei grato di voler procedere allo stralcio della procedura esentando la ricorrente __________ da ogni spesa, compensate le ripetibili.
L'avv. __________, in segno di assenso, appone la firma in calce alla presente."
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
