The Tribunale cantonale amministrativo dealt with an appeal by the parish against a State Council decision concerning a parish tax for 1989/90. After the parish informed the court that, in light of intervening legislative amendments, it was withdrawing the appeal, the court struck the case off the docket. It also ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
