The Ticino Cantonal Administrative Court dealt with an appeal concerning a parish tax for 1989. After the Parish of __________ informed the court on 17 January 1996 that, in light of intervening legislative amendments, it was withdrawing its challenges, the court struck the appeal from the docket.
