la decisione 5 febbraio 1997 (n. 496) del Consiglio di Stato che respinge le impugnative presentate dagli insorgenti avverso le risoluzioni 2 e 9 dicembre 1996 con cui il municipio di __________ ha ordinato loro di sospendere i lavori di costruzione nel solaio della casa d'abitazione in corso di edificazione sulla part. n. __________ RFD e di inoltrare una domanda di costruzione in sanatoria per le opere eseguite senza permesso;
preso atto che in data 12 marzo 1998 il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
