The Administrative Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision concerning conditions for a building permit to move a stormwater canalization. During the site inspection of 13 March 1997, the appellant withdrew the appeal after the court fixed 30 June 1997 as the deadline to start the works. la decisione 4 dicembre 1996, no. 6364, del Consiglio di Stato inerente il rilascio della licenza edilizia a determinate condizioni per lo spostamento della canalizzazione delle acque chiare al mapp. n. __________ RF di __________, situato in zona industriale;
preso atto che in occasione dell'udienza di sopralluogo del 13 marzo 1997, dopo discussione, la ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso ritenuto che il termine per l'inizio dei lavori viene fissato al 30 giugno 1997;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
§ Alla ricorrente è fissato un termine sino al 30 giugno 1997 per iniziare i lavori.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
