The appellants appealed against a decision of the Consiglio di Stato confirming an order by the Dipartimento del territorio requiring their building to be connected to the public sewer system. Before the canton administrative court decided the merits, the appellants’ representative informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and struck the appeal from the docket. It further ordered that no court fees or expenses would be levied.
