preso atto che in data 25 luglio 1999 il rappresentante della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso a seguito di transazione;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
