The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a Council of State decision excluding the appellant from the second phase of a selection procedure for failure to submit the required documents. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellant informed the court that it was withdrawing the appeal. preso atto che in data 9 luglio 1999 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
