The appellants challenged a State Council decision declaring inadmissible their objection against a municipal authorization for a Natel radio base station. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, their counsel informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; proceedings are terminated without a merits judgment when the appellant retracts the appeal. In such a case the court strikes the matter from the roll. preso atto che in data 22 settembre 1999 il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
