The cantonal administrative court noted that, after the appeal against the municipal dismissal had been filed, the appellant’s lawyer informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the case struck from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or other expenses would be collected.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal terminates the proceedings; the court strikes the case from the docket. Where the appeal is withdrawn before judgment, the court may order that no court fees or expenses be levied, absent grounds to allocate costs otherwise.

decreta:
