The municipality appealed a State Council decision that had declared null a municipal order requiring the complete removal of unlawfully erected structures. Before the appellate court decided the merits, the municipality withdrew the appeal. The Administrative Court therefore struck the appeal from the roll and ordered that no court fees, expenses, or party compensation be charged.

decreta:

Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
