The appellant filed an administrative appeal against the State Council's refusal to renew her residence permit and to grant a permit for her daughter. preso atto che l'11 aprile 2000 il rappresentante della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
