The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against the State Council’s decision confirming a territorial department authorization for special use of cantonal public land and related fees. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellant notified on 18 October 2001 that the appeal was withdrawn. preso atto che il 18 ottobre 2001 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
