The appellant challenged a 9 January 1991 State Council resolution approving a municipal zoning-plan variant. In a letter dated 28 June 1996, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of the Territory Planning therefore held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck out. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be collected.
