The appellant filed an administrative planning-law appeal against a State Council resolution. In a letter of 8 September 2000, the appellant’s representatives withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning therefore held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be charged.
