The appeal against a government resolution approving zoning-plan amendments and an inventory of buildings outside building zones was withdrawn by the appellant's counsel before decision. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be collected.
