The Territorial Planning Tribunal of Ticino dealt with an appeal against a Cantonal Council resolution approving certain AP/EP zoning proposals of a municipality. Before a decision on the merits, the appellants’ representative filed a letter withdrawing the appeal. The court held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck out from the rolls.
