The appellants challenged a State Council resolution concerning the forest boundary in a municipality. Before the Tribunal of the Planning of the Territory, their representative withdrew the appeal by letter of 14 March 2000. The tribunal held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the roll. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged.
