The appellants challenged the State Council’s decision approving an inventory of buildings located outside the building zone of a municipality. During the proceedings, both the municipality and the State Council agreed with the appeal. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning therefore held that the dispute had become moot and removed the appeal from its docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
