The appellant appealed a State Council resolution concerning non-approval of AEPP private public-interest construction zones in the municipal zoning plan revision. By letter of 5 June 2002, the appellant’s representative withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning therefore struck the case from the rolls and ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.

preso atto che, con lettera 5 giugno 2002, il rappresentante della ricorrente ha comunicato al Tribunale di ritirare l’impugnativa;

decreta

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano tasse né spese.
