In this civil action, the Aachen Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff an additional DM 600 beyond the DM 700 already awarded by a partial acknowledgment judgment on 1995-08-08. The additional award carries interest at 9.5% on the total DM 1,300 from 1995-01-21. The defendant was also ordered to bear the costs of the proceedings. Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger über den durch Teilanerkenntnisurteil vom 08.08.1995 ausge-urteilten Betrag in Höhe von 700,00 DM weitere 600,00 DM nebst 9,5 % Zinsen aus 1.300,00 DM seit dem 21.01.1995 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gem. § 313 a ZPO abgesehen.
