In this family-court judgment, the plaintiff sought maintenance from the defendant. Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger ab dem 01.07.1997 fortlaufenden monatlichen Unterhalt von 276,00 DM sowie für den Zeitraum Juni 1997 rückständigen Unterhalt von 276,00 DM abzüglich anerkannten und freiwillig gezahlten monatlichen Unterhalt von 189,00 DM zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten 55 % und dem Kläger 45 % auferlegt.

Der Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
