Die Angeklagten sind des unerlaubten Erwerbs von Betäubungsmitteln in Tateinheit mit unerlaubter Einfuhr von Betäubungsmitteln in nicht geringer Menge, der Angeklagte M in Tateinheit hierzu mit unerlaubtem Besitz von Betäubungsmitteln schuldig.
Es werden verurteilt:
Der Angeklagte B zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 1 Jahr und 10 Monaten,
der Angeklagte M zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 2 Jahren.
Die Vollstreckung der Freiheitsstrafe wird zur Bewährung ausgesetzt.
