In this first-instance civil judgment, the Aachen District Court dismissed the plaintiff’s claim and granted the defendant’s counterclaim. Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 4.000,00 DM vorläufig vollstreckbar.
