In this first-instance civil judgment, the Aachen District Court ordered the defendants jointly and severally to pay the plaintiff DM 390, together with 4% interest from 3 April 1999. Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 390,-- DM nebst 4 % Zinsen hieraus seit dem 3.4.1999 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben der Kläger 3/4 und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner 1/4 zu zahlen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
