Tenor

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat der Kläger zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.000,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Be-klagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten. Den Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, eine Sicherheitsleistung auch in Form einer Bürgschaft einer deutschen Großbank oder Sparkasse zu erbringen.
